Wedding Director Services

              As your wedding director, my goal is to help you achieve the most            beautiful, memorable wedding ceremony possible.

My services include:

• Initial one hour complimentary, no obligation consultation.
• Unlimited e-mail consultation; one hour of telephone consultation.
• One hour on-site inspection of ceremony venue.
• Answering questions regarding wedding procedures.
• Development of the Order of Ceremony.

Rehearsal attendance/management:

• Assisting the Officiant.
• Assisting in positioning wedding participants.
• Instruction of duties to ushers, bridesmaids, and groomsmen.
• Distribution of wedding ceremony schedule to all participants.

Wedding day orchestration:

• Arrival three hours prior to the wedding to check the wedding site for correct placement of flowers, candles, proper lighting, guest book, etc.
• Checking to see that all wedding participants have appropriate flowers.
• Assisting parents and other family members prior to the ceremony.
• Assisting ushers, candle lighters, florists, photographer, and others involved in the ceremony.
• Assisting the bride and the wedding party prior to the wedding ceremony.
• Correlating time with the musicians and Officiant and directing paricipants to their proper places.
• Supervising seating of family members, candle lighting, ushering, and starting the processional at the proper time.
• Reminding all participants of expectations and duties regarding the ceremony.
• Directing members of the wedding party and guests following the ceremony.

Reception attendance/management:

• Assisting the DJ in making announcements (alerting him/her on the arrival of the wedding party ect.)
• Assisting the bride and groom with the cake-cutting and toasting ceremonies.

 My fee of $450.00 covers a maximum of ten hours of service. For wedding parties with more than eight attendants, an assistant will be required at an additional fee of $100.00. I am also available to oversee the wedding reception, at the same location as the ceremony, for an additional fee of $150.00; $250.00 for a reception at a separate location.
