Vicky,                                                   Thank you so much for the cake. It was absolutely beautiful and equally delicious. The carrot cake was a big hit! During the honeymoon, David and I still talked about the cake. That's how fond of it we were! Daydreaming of the frosting and the carrot cake as we lay in the sun. Wonderful!                    Thank you so much for all of the correspondence and picture updates of your trials. The cake was a hit at the wedding. Everyone loved it!!! It tasted so good. I wished I would have made it bigger. I expected at least 100 guest, but 150 showed up. But everything turned out fine. Since we didn't eat at the wedding nor ate cake, some family and close friends went to Harlon's that night to eat dinner and we all had the top of the cake then. We think for our one year we will have you make a fresh one...                                Delores
